Website and security review enquiries — 29 October 2026

The enquiry links open your own email application. This website has no enquiry-submission form and does not save enquiry details in browser storage. Your email is sent only when you choose to send it, and is handled as described below.

Provide only your business contact details, public website if available and a high-level description of the tools or question to discuss. Do not send passwords, API keys, tokens, customer records or payment card details. Sensitive evidence and any authorised access require separately agreed arrangements. An enquiry is not consent to marketing.

The static-code-fix wording below is historical. For new enquiries, service-fit assessment refers to the website and security review service; this does not authorise outreach. No new checkout is active. Existing processor, retention and customer-rights information is unchanged.

Information we use

When you enquire or buy, we may receive your name, business name, email address, site URL, project details and messages. Do not send passwords, customer data or other sensitive information by email.

For limited business-to-business outreach, we may use a contact's name, job title, organisation, published business email address and relevant information about the organisation's public website. We obtain this information from the organisation's own website and other public professional or company sources. We do not use private contact details for this purpose.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries and take steps you request before a contract.
To provide and support a purchased service.
To send carefully selected, one-to-one business outreach where Scope First has identified a relevant website-check or static-code-fix service fit supported by evidence.
To keep records needed for tax, accounting, disputes and fraud prevention.

These uses rely on taking steps towards or performing a contract, legitimate interests in running and protecting the business, legitimate interests in promoting relevant services to organisations, and legal obligations where applicable. Before sending business outreach, we consider whether the message is relevant, use a published business contact route and make it easy to object.

Services that process information

Scope First's outreach mailbox is hosted by Fasthosts. Enquiries and replies sent to enquiries@soarbank.co.uk are handled through Google Workspace. Stripe processes payments and supplies transaction details; Scope First does not receive your full card number. The website is hosted by Render and uses system typefaces, so it makes no third-party font request. Fasthosts, Google Workspace, Stripe and Render handle information under their own security, privacy and international-transfer arrangements.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become customer work and outreach prospect records are normally deleted within 12 months. If you object to outreach, we stop contacting you and retain only the minimum contact and organisation details needed to maintain a suppression record and honour that objection. Customer, contract and transaction records are normally kept for up to 6 years where needed for legal, tax or dispute records, then deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy where the relevant right applies. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing: reply “no” to an outreach email or contact enquiries@soarbank.co.uk, and Scope First will stop contacting you and retain only a suppression record. You may also ask where your business contact information came from. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you follow a Stripe payment link for an existing order, Stripe operates its own checkout and privacy controls. New paid bookings are currently closed.
