Information we use

When you enquire or buy, we may receive your name, business name, email address, site URL, project details and messages. Do not send passwords, customer data or other sensitive information by email.

Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and take steps you request before a contract.
• To provide and support a purchased service.
• To keep records needed for tax, accounting, disputes and fraud prevention.

These uses rely on taking steps towards or performing a contract, legitimate interests in running and protecting the business, and legal obligations where applicable.

Services that process information

Email is handled through Google Workspace. Stripe processes payments and supplies transaction details; Scope First does not receive your full card number. The website is hosted by Render. These providers handle information under their own security, privacy and international-transfer arrangements.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become customer work are normally deleted within 12 months. Customer, contract and transaction records are normally kept for up to 6 years where needed for legal, tax or dispute records, then deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy where the relevant right applies. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Following the payment link takes you to Stripe, which operates its own checkout and privacy controls.
