New review enquiries — 29 October 2026
Scope First focuses on website and security reviews. This enquiry-only direction supersedes the earlier small-check and £99 single-fix proposal for new enquiries; it creates no new price or accepted service. Paid bookings and checkout remain closed. Evidence triage is not remediation. Exact assets, authority, evidence, scope, competent implementer, achievable result and applicable terms must be established before accepting any proposed work or payment. Changes require a separate agreement, verification checks and rollback plan.
An enquiry does not reserve capacity or authorise scanning, system access, changes or deployment. The terms below are retained as a record of the earlier accessibility Scope Report and Full Audit offers, not a new security service or evidence of customer orders. These offers are not open for booking.

The services are offered to people and organisations purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes. Contact us before buying if that does not describe you.
Scope Report
The £195 Scope Report covers one named public website or checkout. It assesses likely accessibility-law scope from the business and service facts, relevant countries, customer type and possible exemptions. You provide the site URL, relevant countries, customer type and the decision you need the report to support.
The written deliverable records its conclusion, sources, assumptions, exclusions, practical risk, prioritized next actions and questions needed to resolve missing evidence. Where relevant, we may request redacted business-size or supplier information. Facts or legal dependencies that cannot be verified remain explicitly unresolved.
It provides a scope assessment, not a technical accessibility audit or verified technical findings. It is not legal advice, certification, a compliance guarantee or a WCAG conformance audit.
Starting the work
After payment, email the site URL, relevant countries, customer type and decision you need to support to enquiries@soarbank.co.uk, quoting the email used at checkout. The three-working-day delivery period begins when those inputs are complete. We will identify anything missing.
Do not email passwords, customer data or other sensitive information. Private-access arrangements must be agreed separately before purchase.
Full Audit
The £595 Full Audit combines keyboard interaction checks and automated tests of a defined sample against the agreed in-scope WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA criteria. Confirmed findings are reproduced through the agreed checks and documented with evidence, steps and fix priorities. The deliverables include a finding register, concise handover or tender summary, draft accessibility statement and method/limitations statement.
The exact URLs, shared templates, journeys, viewports, browsers, available devices, access arrangements, exclusions and start/delivery dates must be confirmed in writing before the work is accepted or payment requested. An enquiry does not reserve capacity. There is no fixed audit turnaround before that agreement, and the price does not depend on the number of findings.
Screen-reader and other assistive-technology coverage requires actual testing with the agreed setup. If NVDA, VoiceOver or another required setup is unavailable, those areas are marked untested and the exclusion must be agreed before acceptance or payment. Neither markup inspection nor an automated scan is represented as a screen-reader pass.
The audit excludes remediation, native apps, PDF/document accessibility, AAA criteria, disabled-user testing, video captions and audio description (criteria 1.2.2, 1.2.3 and 1.2.5). Third-party payment, chat and map embeds are flagged but not tested in depth. Unreachable states and supplier dependencies are recorded. The agreed sample is not an unlimited or whole-site conformance audit, and automated checks alone cannot establish accessibility.
Payment
Scope Report payments are processed securely by Stripe. Scope First does not receive your full card details. Prices are stated in pounds sterling; the total shown at checkout is the amount payable.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a Scope Report for a full refund before work begins. Once work has begun, any refund will reflect work already completed. If Scope First cannot deliver the agreed service, the undelivered part will be refunded. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Accuracy and corrections
The work is based on the agreed evidence and information available during the review. A disputed audit finding is re-tested within two working days and withdrawn or corrected if it cannot be reproduced. No report guarantees compliance, business results or the outcome of legal or regulatory action.
Using the deliverable
You may use and share the purchased report within your organisation and with advisers, developers and suppliers working for you. You must not present it as legal advice, certification or a guarantee from Scope First.
Public samples are clearly labelled fictional demonstrations. Their businesses, intake facts and scenarios are invented for illustration; they are not paid customer work, testimonials or evidence about a real company. A sample does not determine the scope or result of your own engagement.
Questions and governing law
Raise questions or complaints at enquiries@soarbank.co.uk. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
